Sometimes finding trustworthy contractors (architects, builders) and maintenance can be very challenging. Luckily, we collaborate with dozens of local professionals with years of proven expertise.
Supervision of building process
For a fixed fee, we supervise your construction site and make sure everything goes according to plan.

Upon request, we help you to register a company in Croatia, an OPG (Family Farm Business), and apply for agricultural subsidies just as Croatian residents.

Perhaps you have not found your ideal property on our webpage, but for a flat fee we can help you find the one you will love.
- We are here to answer all of your property-related questions, make sure the ownership titles are clean, and represent your interest during the purchase process.

After you purchased the property, next step is building a new home. We are here to help your find architects, builders, and supervise the site as your advocate.
